2. WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Trade Customers Only
JC Enterprises sells at wholesale to retail businesses. The Site is intended for business customers purchasing merchandise for resale. You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to transact on behalf of your business.
2.2 Tax Identification Required
A valid Tax ID, EIN, or state resale certificate is required to open an account. By registering, you represent that the information you supply is accurate and that you are purchasing for resale in the ordinary course of business.
2.3 Minimum Order
A minimum order of $200 applies. Orders below the minimum may be held until the balance is met or declined at our discretion.
2.4 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. MERCHANDISE
3.1 Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, images, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
3.2 Natural Stone and Handmade Goods
Natural stones vary in color, size, banding, and inclusions. Much of our jewelry is handmade in small batches and many pieces are one of a kind. Images are representative; the piece you receive will vary naturally from the photograph.
3.3 Metaphysical and Health Disclaimer
Crystals, stones, and related merchandise sold on the Site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Any description of healing properties, chakra associations, or metaphysical attributes is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. JC Enterprises does not guarantee any specific outcome, healing effect, or metaphysical result.
3.4 Pricing and Availability
All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at that price.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
4.1 Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for unavailability, pricing or description errors, or concerns identified by fraud screening.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By providing a payment method you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us to charge the total order amount, including taxes and shipping.
4.3 Taxes and Resale
Customers purchasing for resale are responsible for providing valid exemption documentation. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, duties, and customs fees.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping methods and fees are shown during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.
JC Enterprises ships within the United States and internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and are the responsibility of the customer. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country; these are not included in our shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times on international orders vary with customs processing and are outside our control.
6. RETURNS AND CREDITS
Returns, exchanges, and credits are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Site Content
All content on the Site — text, product photography, graphics, logos, and compilations thereof — is the property of JC Enterprises or its suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright law.
7.2 Use License for Trade Customers
Account holders in good standing may use our product photography and descriptions for the purpose of reselling merchandise purchased from us. This license does not permit use of our logo or branding to imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation beyond a customer relationship, and terminates when the account closes.
7.3 Trademarks
JC Enterprises names, logos, and marks may not be used without prior written permission.
8. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, or to attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.

We may suspend or close any account at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms or misuse of wholesale pricing.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
16.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any claim against JC Enterprises, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We will try to resolve the dispute by contacting you via email.
16.2 Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JC Enterprises regarding use of the Site.
